Job summary

RSM in the United Kingdom seeks a tax school/college leaver apprentice to join Team Tax. You will learn via structured training, work directly with clients on compliance and advisory, and progress toward ATT followed by ACA or CTA, with travel to client sites and other offices as required.

This role starts 14 September 2027 and offers paid study leave, mentoring and a robust development programme within a collaborative, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification).
• 104 UCAS points across four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
