Job summary

RSM in the United Kingdom offers a Tax Graduate Programme designed to place you at the heart of client work from day one. You’ll train toward ACA, ATT, ADIT and/or CTA qualifications with fully funded study leave, mentoring and real client experience across UK and international tax.

Your start date is 14 September 2027, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within Team Tax at RSM. This is a straight-talking, collaborative environment where every voice matters and travel to client

Qualifications

• Honours degree obtained or predicted.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
• Using digital tools to work smarter and add more value for our clients.
