Job summary

RSM is inviting graduates to join Team Tax on a structured tax graduate programme in the UK. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, work on both tax compliance and advisory work, and build technical expertise from day one.

The programme offers a clear training path and real client exposure to help you develop into a trusted adviser. Starting 14 September 2027, the scheme includes fully funded study towards ACA, ATT, ADIT and/or CTA, paid study leave, mentoring and internal development.

Qualifications

• Honours degree (obtained or predicted) required.
• Right to live/work in the UK required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients on compliance and advisory in tax.
• Collaborating with colleagues to build expertise across UK and international tax.
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to be a trusted adviser.
