Job summary

RSM is recruiting for its tax graduate programme in the United Kingdom. You will work directly with clients on both compliance and advisory work while building expertise across UK and international tax in a globally connected team.

You’ll receive structured training and professional qualifications toward ACA/ATT/ADIT and/or CTA, with paid study leave and mentoring as part of a three-year study pathway. Start date and learning opportunities are designed to launch your career from day one.

Qualifications

• Obtained or predicted honours degree.
• Minimum UCAS points across A levels/Scottish Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate.
• Permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
• General Studies, AS levels or EPQ not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with clients and colleagues on both compliance and advisory.
• Building expertise across UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Developing the confidence, judgement and technical skills to become a trusted business adviser.
• Using digital tools to work smarter and add more value for our clients.
