Job summary

Pertemps Specialist Division is seeking an HR Coordinator in Birmingham, office-based with hybrid flexibility after probation. The role covers end-to-end recruitment and training coordination across multiple functions, including engineering roles.

• Experience in HR or internal recruitment environment.
• Experience handling recruitment across multiple departments/workstreams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions.
• Partner with managers to understand workforce planning needs.
• Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates using various methods.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback and manage onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Recruit for engineering/technical roles and other operational positions.
• Support administration and development of training platforms and programmes.
• Assist with employee development initiatives and training coordination.
• Maintain recruitment/training records in line with procedures.
• Provide general HR and recruitment support as required.
