Healf, Europe’s fastest-growing health-tech company, is hiring a generalist Talent Partner to fuel its AI-first talent team in London. You'll own end-to-end recruitment from tech to commercial, shaping candidate experience and hiring velocity.

Based in our London office 3–4 days a week, you’ll partner with founders and teams, own relationships with passive candidates, and apply data-driven approaches to hiring in a high-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a few years recruiting experience in high-growth, venture-backed companies.
• End-to-end, generalist recruiting across tech and commercial domains.
• Strong ability to own relationships with passive candidates and stakeholder groups.
• Comfort using AI to level-up hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
