Job summary

HRtechX Ltd in London is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to own end-to-end recruitment, partnering with the CEO on strategy and helping to strengthen our employer brand in insurtech. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and design interview scripts in a fast-paced environment.

Based at Buckingham Gate, you will also work with management to improve onboarding and recruitment processes, contributing to rapid growth and market-leading events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit required.
• Innate desire to understand people and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including profiling, sourcing, screening, assessment planning, interview scripting and conducting interviews.
• Build a strong employer brand and attract both obvious and covert talents.
• Own the execution of developing and automating recruiting processes.
• Improve onboarding process in close collaboration with management.
