Checkout.com is seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-forward Talent Operations Associate in London to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. You will bridge gaps to ensure recruiters and interviewers find top talent through cutting-edge Talent Operations and AI-driven automation.

You will leverage AI tools to streamline scheduling, resolve logistics, and build data-driven dashboards, engaging with senior stakeholders to redefine talent operations and drive pipeline velocity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume, multi-region talent operations or similar recruitment support.
• Proactive problem-solving to resolve scheduling logistics and operational challenges.
• Experience or passion for using AI tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automations.
• Ability to work with hiring data and build dashboards to identify bottlenecks.
• Confident, tactful communication with senior stakeholders and strong timeline management.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• TA Ops projects: lead process-improvement initiatives to drive the business forward.
• AI, automation & workflow optimisation: implement tools to remove bottlenecks and redesign workflows.
• Ashby/ATS ownership: configure Ashby and test AI integrations to boost pipeline velocity.
• Contract configuration: set regional contracts and manage addendums in Ashby.
• Support recruiters in region with Ashby and workflow optimisation, ensure correct comms.
• Stakeholder management & interviewer enablement: train bar raisers and analyze interviewer data.
• Vendor support: manage relationships with HireRight and Cappfinity.
• Process documentation: write SOPs/policies for TA and keep knowledge base current.
• Data requests & reporting: produce regional dashboards and reports.
• Data quality: perform regular data-quality checks for reliable reporting.
• Support coordinators in region as operational escalation point.
