Checkout.com in London is seeking an exceptionally organized, tech-forward Talent Operations Associate to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As TA Ops Associate in London, you will bridge recruiters and interviewer community efficiency through cutting-edge Talent Operations.

You will drive AI and automation to streamline scheduling, resolve logistics, and build data-driven dashboards, partnering with senior stakeholders to redefine talent operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, multi-region talent operations or recruitment support.
• Ability to resolve scheduling logistics and operational challenges.
• Experience or passion for AI tools and workflow automation.
• Ability to work with hiring data and build dashboards.
• Strong executive presence when dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on use of modern ATS systems to manage pipelines.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• TA Ops projects: lead process-improvement initiatives.
• AI, automation & workflow optimisation: implement AI/tools to reduce bottlenecks.
• Ashby / ATS ownership: configure and test features to speed up pipeline.
• Contract configuration: align regional contracts and addendums in Ashby.
• Support recruiters regionally with Ashby and workflows.
• Stakeholder management & interview training: coach and train bar-raisers.
• Vendor support: manage relationships with HireRight, Cappfinity.
• Process documentation: write SOPs and update knowledge base.
• Data requests & reporting: produce regional dashboards and reports.
• Data quality: perform data-quality checks for accuracy.
• Support coordinators regionally: act as operational escalation point.
