Job summary

TheSearch Ltd is seeking a senior TA Operations leader to build and scale TA operations globally from a London base with two days on-site per week and international travel. You will lead a high-performing global TA Ops team, own tooling and vendor relationships, and drive AI-enabled TA workflows across the organization.

You will shape an employer brand, define KPIs/OKRs, and roll out strategic TA projects while fostering a fast-paced, high-trust culture.

Qualifications

• Track record building a world-class TA Ops functions from the ground up.
• Tooling & TA Technology expert, with strong implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of AI innovation and enablement in TA workflows.
• Talent insights and intelligence expertise, with extremely strong analytical skills.
• Project management and global rollout experience.
• Demonstrable hustle and ability to work at high speed.
• Experience leading teams of 10 people.
• International experience

Responsibilities

• Build TA Operations from the ground up, on a global scale.
• Hire a high performing global TA Ops team.
• Drive exceptional CX and coordination whilst hiring at unprecedented volumes.
• Own all TA tooling and vendor relationships.
• Drive AI innovation and enablement across the TA team.
• Own the development of a world-class Employer Brand.
• Create TA KPIs/OKRs/funnel metrics and build a TA dashboard.
• Roll out a number of critical global TA project rollouts including interviewer training
