Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a Sourcing Specialist within the global Talent Acquisition team to own executive searches from brief to shortlist, engaging with C-suite and VP stakeholders. You will map talent markets, build pipelines, and manage high-touch candidate interactions across fintech and tech sectors.

You'll collaborate with Leadership and Talent Operations to improve processes, data quality, and search velocity, while balancing discretion, pace, and a bias for execution in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or comparable high-growth in-house sourcing.
• Proven track record mapping complex talent markets and delivering searches.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders with discretion and clear written/verbal communication.
• Data & operational discipline: attention to candidate intelligence, ATS hygiene, process management.
• Willingness to use AI tools/market intelligence to accelerate research and sourcing.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and showing adaptability.
• Low ego, collaborative and transparent working style.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined leadership searches independently from brief through to shortlist and handover, translating role requirements into search plans and pipelines.
• Research, sourcing, and direct engagement to identify senior talent across fintech, payments, and tech.
• Act as a responsive, trusted point of contact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Own workflow, ATS data hygiene, and operating rhythm for assigned searches.
• Provide concise updates, market intelligence, and candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Talent Operations to drive AI adoption and improve sourcing velocity.
• Progress from research and coordination into full-cycle recruiter-led delivery.
