Job summary

GWI is seeking an Associate Talent Coordination Specialist in London to coordinate candidates and interviews end-to-end, driving efficiency with AI and automation while liaising with Hiring Managers and stakeholders across the business.

You’ll manage diaries across time zones, post adverts, and help craft job offers, all while delivering a standout candidate experience in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven coordination or administrative experience with hands-on ATS (Greenhouse) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage time across multiple time zones.
• Strong communication to keep candidates and stakeholders in the loop.
• Fluency with AI tools and automation in daily work.
• Natural problem solver who flags issues and offers solutions.
• Keeps a pulse on the talent market and hiring trends.
• Passion for delivering a positive, memorable candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across the process using AI and automation.
• Own day-to-day tasks, from managing diaries across multiple time zones to guiding candidates and senior stakeholders through the process, including posting adverts and potentially offers.
• Own internal and external communications across the hiring process.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers across all levels and keep them informed and supported.
• Deliver a fast, clear, and memorable candidate experience for every applicant.
