Job summary

OpenWorks Engineering LTD. is seeking a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to bring organisation and rigour to a fast-paced recruitment team in a growing engineering business.

You’ll manage interviews, onboarding, and related documentation to ensure a great candidate and new starter experience. You’ll work closely with the Recruitment Manager to implement improvements, support events and initiatives, and turn data into insights that drive better outcomes across the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding or coordination or similar
• Experience with ATS/HR systems and KPI reporting
• Strong organisation and data management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Prepare onboarding materials and arrange introductions
• Support recruitment manager with feedback collection and process improvements
• Assist employer branding through events and outreach
• Maintain internal vacancy updates and new starter records
• Produce recruitment reports and analyze data for insights
• Assist with ATS/workflows and provide front-of-house support
