Howco Group is seeking an organized HR professional in Sheffield to manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and development. The role emphasizes communication, confidentiality and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, agency relations, references, inductions and on-going training plans, while ensuring GDPR compliance and robust data management within the HRIS.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs in English and Maths at minimum C/4 grade.
• Experience working in a Human Resources or People Function.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: advertising, screening, coordinating interviews, offers and hiring support.
• Coordinate onboarding: pre-employment checks, documentation and new starter activities.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies: terms, T&Cs, performance monitoring.
• Obtain and verify references and ensure pre-employment compliance.
• Deliver HR inductions to equip new hires with policies and resources.
• Develop and maintain training plans for development and mandatory training.
• Administer Apprenticeship Levy and liaise with training providers.
• Monitor probation periods and support managers through reviews.
• Maintain HRIS ensuring accurate records and GDPR compliance.
• Coordinate EPDR process and provide guidance to managers.
• Produce HR reports to support planning and decision making.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build cross-functional relationships to support people-related initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance.
