Job summary

Retail Insights, based in London, is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to own the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced startup environment. You will profile roles, source candidates, screen CVs, plan assessments, create interview scripts and conduct interviews, while collaborating closely with the CEO on recruiting strategy.

You will help build our employer brand, attract both obvious and covert talents, and drive automation of processes and onboarding improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit required.
• Strong ability to engage with people and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview scripts and conducting interviews.
• Build employer brand and attract top talent, including both obvious and covert talents.
• Own the execution of enhancing and automating recruiting processes and improve onboarding with management.
