Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong coaching, mentoring and people development skills.
- Experience managing recruitment, attendance, performance and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Customer service and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Decision making and problem solving abilities.
- Positive, adaptable mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Calm and effective under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and staffing for promotional campaigns across multiple channels.
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Management Executives to meet targets.
- Monitor performance data and implement improvements to processes.
- Collaborate with Campaign Management to align briefs, objectives and budgets.
- Manage contractor bookings, quality, and coaching feedback.
- Produce reports for senior management and drive operational excellence.
