Job summary

SLB in Cambridge, UK is offering a Human Resources Intern (Talent Management) position starting December 2026. You will support the Digital & Innovation HR Talent Team with Workforce Planning and Talent Management initiatives, performing administrative and HR-related tasks, and partnering with the D&I and Talent teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, data management skills, and the ability to work well in diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing an HR moves dashboard to monitor and create reports on staffing metrics.
• Responsible for tracking and follow up of letters of assignment and promotions
• Tracking progress of the yearly recruitment plan, providing regular status updates, and supporting with the interview processes when required
• Supporting the Workforce Managers with headcount consolidations in the quarterly forecast reviews
• Support with various career development initiatives
• Monitor the headcount governance implementation & recruiting progress
• Develop extensive relationships with key stakeholders to enable good communication and smooth implementation of processes.
• Support the successful implementation and use of new initiatives
• Keep abreast of all new D&I and company wide HR initiatives
