Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a strategic talent management leader to translate people strategies into practical actions across multi-site operations. You will design and deliver development initiatives that drive engagement, capability and future growth.

You will lead talent management, succession planning and development activity, oversee early careers, and use data-driven insights to improve outcomes across VolkerFitzpatrick. Strong stakeholder influence across levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, learning and development, or a similar people development role.
• Strong experience delivering development programmes in a multi-site organisation.
• Knowledge of succession planning, employee engagement and early careers development.
• Confident stakeholder management with ability to influence across all levels.
• Practical, organised and data-led approach to managing multiple priorities.
