Job summary

Kettle Produce Ltd in Cupar, Scotland, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to assist with audits, deliver training and inductions, and coordinate all induction, Technical, HSE, MHE and development training internally and externally. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will monitor training matrices, create and update records, and engage with Modern Apprenticeship providers and on-site apprentices. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the area of L&D and training delivery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication with line managers and external training stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Deliver training and inductions as required.
• Coordinate all inductions, Technical, HSE, MHE and Development training internally & externally.
• Monitor matrices for training and issue details for refresher training.
• Create, update and document control training materials and records.
• Create and process MHE Training certificates.
• Engage with Modern Apprenticeship providers and on-site apprentices.
