Job summary

Forth Ports Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support talent, succession and learning initiatives across the business. You will maintain accurate data, produce reports, and coordinate development programmes, working closely with the Talent & Development team to help inform workforce planning and organisational growth.

Based at Port of Leith, Rosyth or Grangemouth, the role requires strong organisation, data skills, and experience with LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Analytical and data interpretation skills with strong Excel experience.
• Experience using learning or talent management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Full UK driving licence and valid UK working rights.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Scottish ports occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular talent, succession and learning reports and dashboards.
• Analyse participation and impact data to identify trends.
• Support talent review processes with data preparation and insights.
• Administer the LMS Learn and Perform and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate PDR, graduate and leadership development programmes.
• Manage scheduling, communications and logistics for programmes.
• Liaise with stakeholders and external providers to deliver development activities.
