Great recruiters aren't just hired. They're developed.
At Precision People, we're investing in the future of our business, and that starts with our people.
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment & Training Manager to help us transform how we attract, onboard, develop and retain recruitment talent.
This is more than an internal recruitment or training position. It's an opportunity to take real ownership, introduce fresh ideas and influence how our business develops its people.
We want someone who understands what makes a successful recruitment consultant, knows how to bring out the best in individuals and believes that high performance and a supportive working environment should go hand in hand.
If you're passionate about recruitment, love developing people and want the freedom to make meaningful improvements, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
You'll be an experienced agency recruitment professional who understands the industry, enjoys developing others and has the confidence to make things happen.
Ideally, you'll have:
You might currently be a Recruitment Manager, Training Manager, Learning & Development Manager or an experienced Senior Consultant who has taken responsibility for developing others.
We're more interested in your ability to develop successful recruiters than your current job title.
This is an opportunity to shape how we recruit, train and develop our people. Your ideas will be welcomed, and you'll have the authority to turn them into action.
You'll work directly with our leadership team, contributing to decisions that improve performance, strengthen our teams and support our long‑term growth.
We want to create an environment where talented individuals have the opportunity to build successful, rewarding careers. You'll play a central role in making that happen.
We don't want someone who simply follows a training manual. We want someone who can identify opportunities, introduce improvements and take ownership of delivering results.
You'll receive a basic salary of £35,000–£40,000, with an OTE of £45,000–£50,000, alongside additional benefits including EMI Share Options.
If you're an experienced recruitment professional who gets genuine satisfaction from developing others, improving performance and building successful teams, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for someone who can bring energy, expertise and fresh thinking to our business.
Someone who wants to do more than fill vacancies or delivery training sessions.
Someone who wants to help build a recruitment business where great people join, develop, succeed and stay.
