Job summary

Precision People in Leicester are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Training Manager to transform how we attract, onboard, develop and retain recruitment talent. This role goes beyond a standard recruitment or training job, offering real ownership and the freedom to implement fresh ideas that drive measurable improvements.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to enhance onboarding programmes, coaching, and performance across Permanent and Contract divisions, identifying opportunities

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience within agency recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including BD, sourcing and client management.
• Proven experience training or mentoring recruitment consultants.
• Experience improving individual or team performance.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting the Right People: lead internal recruitment strategy and manage the full hiring process.
• Transforming Onboarding & Training: review and improve onboarding and training programmes; deliver structured development plans.
• Coaching & Developing Existing Teams: provide coaching to consultants across Permanent and Contract divisions; identify skill gaps and drive training initiatives.
• Driving Positive, Lasting Change: review practices and implement improvements to engagement and retention; use data to measure progress.
