Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist in Havant, Hampshire to support Talent Management and Organisational Development across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. You will coordinate development activities, manage learning administration and evaluate training effectiveness.

Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will drive continuous improvement of learning solutions, maintain LMS records and support talent reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development function.
• Experience coordinating and managing training programmes.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise training courses, including logistics and communications.
• Support trainers during delivery (face-to-face and virtual).
• Liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Administer course evaluations and analyse feedback.
• Provide insights on learning effectiveness and support improvement.
• Support talent management processes and OD activities.
• Maintain talent calendars and track actions.
• Manage LMS data and training records.
• Update intranet pages and learning resources.
• Support learning procurement and expense processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
