Job summary

TerraQuest Solutions Ltd is seeking a Talent, Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of our training strategy. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will embed a culture of continuous learning, develop competency frameworks, and drive staff development across the business.

Based in Birmingham with hybrid working, you will manage external providers, maintain the LMS, analyse training data, and partner with stakeholders to close capability gaps and support succession

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Talent, Learning & Development within fast-paced settings.
• Experience designing and managing performance frameworks.
• Proven ability to design, deliver and evaluate blended learning with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Continuously review and improve the Talent, Learning & Development Strategy to align with business objectives and growth.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, performance and professional development through frameworks and development plans.
• Develop and maintain structured competency frameworks, skills banks, and career pathways.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate diverse learning solutions, including leadership, apprenticeships, and compliance training programs.
• Manage relationships with external providers, maintain the LMS, and use data/KPIs to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to anticipate talent needs and ensure policy compliance.
