Solutions Driven is recruiting a Talent & Development Manager to own the talent agenda in Leicester, combining recruitment, onboarding and L&D. You will build pipelines, drive direct hiring, and shape the onboarding experience to ensure new starters land well while developing existing staff.

Qualifications

• In house experience across talent acquisition and L&D, or deep expertise in one with exposure to the other.
• Track record of direct hiring and building talent pipelines.
• Confidence partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Manufacturing/engineering/industrial experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run recruitment end to end and build pipelines.
• Shape onboarding, learning and development for new starters and existing staff.
• Own both talent acquisition and L&D agendas and drive impactful people outcomes.
