Job description

This isn’t a traditional L&D role where you inherit a calendar of courses and keep it running.

We’re working with a leading professional services firm that is actively investing in its People Development function and thinking seriously about the capabilities its people will need for the future. It’s a great time to join because there’s real scope to shape what comes next.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders to understand capability gaps and translate them into development that actually makes a difference - from learning pathways and blended programmes to facilitation, project delivery and measuring impact.

There’s real scope to influence how talent development evolves, which makes it a great role for someone who has strong L&D experience but wants to move further into consulting, talent and organisational capability.

You’ll need to be confident with senior people, comfortable facilitating and able to combine creative programme design with data and commercial thinking.

If you’ve reached the stage where you want to shape the development agenda rather than simply deliver it, this could be a really exciting move.
