Ganymede and ATA Recruitment are seeking a Talent Coordinator on a fixed-term maternity cover. The role is part-time (25 hours, Monday to Friday) with a pro rata salary of £27,500, based at our Derby head office but with agile working allowing mainly remote work and occasional travel to the Derby office.
You will provide administrative and coordination support across the internal recruitment function, handling onboarding, training, CRM data, interview scheduling, and reporting.

We re looking for a Talent Coordinator to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support across our internal recruitment function. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth running of internal recruitment, onboarding, and training activity across both brands, on a fixed-term contract maternity cover.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and coordination are essential.
Your contracted office location will be our Head Office in Derby. Following completion of your training, you will be able to utilise our agile working policy, working predominantly from home with travel to the office required as needed.
