The Role:

As an Internal Recruiter, you'll work collaboratively with internal hiring managers to secure the best available talent in the market, ensuring the business has the right talent, in the right place, at the right time.

The Heart of the Role:
  1. Creatively sourcing internal hires using various mediums including adverts, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and more expansive methods.
  2. Conducting robust screening calls with candidates to ensure all relevant information is passed to the hiring manager for informed decision-making.
  3. Arranging Face-to-Face and Teams interviews, and participating in the assessment process as required.
  4. Ensuring candidates have Proof of Right to Work and all necessary documentation for checks.
  5. Completing all checks before confirming a start date.
  6. Providing expert support and guidance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • Proven track record in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding candidates in a competitive market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, sourcing software, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • A creative and forward-thinking attitude towards pipeline generation and recruitment marketing.
