We’re looking for a Talent + People Manager to join our team. The role reports into our Head of Operations + People. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruiting efforts. A large portion of this role involves hiring engineers, so a strong working knowledge of blockchain concepts and modern development tech stacks—and the ability to effectively screen and interview for these specialist roles—is essential. As the first point of contact for a potential new recruit, you’ll represent the company’s values and principles externally and inspire the best talent to join Reown’s mission.
