With over 25 years of experience across the public and private sectors, we’re proud to foster a positive, values-driven workplace where our people thrive.

About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People Team, playing a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring great people to support our ongoing growth. You’ll lead recruitment campaigns across our clinical and non-clinical teams, helping us find the right talent to deliver life-changing services to our patients.

In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to make great hiring decisions. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job adverts and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. You’ll also contribute to wider projects aimed at improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in high-volume recruitment who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and making a real impact on business success. You’ll work as part of a collaborative and supportive team, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll:

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, supporting them through each step of the hiring process.
  • Write and post engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates proactively using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct telephone interviews, sometimes flexibly outside of core hours.
  • Coordinate assessments, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure a smooth process and great candidate experience.
  • Prepare candidates for interview and manage feedback, offers, and onboarding steps.
  • Support recruitment projects to improve processes and build future talent pipelines.
  • Report on recruitment activity and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
