Job Description

Join us as an Early Talent Academic Partnership Manager.

  • You’ll create, own, and implement the Early Talent Academic Partnership framework for the UK, building relationships with key academic institutions to foster long-term partnerships.
  • You’ll leverage your internal and external network to design and deliver an engagement strategy collaboratively with colleagues.
  • You’ll establish, coordinate, and drive relationships with senior business leaders, adding value and delivering lasting results.
What You'll Do

Ensuring successful academic partnerships is critical to our Early Talent offering. You’ll focus on partnering with the right academic institutions in the UK and delivering on these partnerships.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Conduct research and provide market insights on Early Talent Partnership opportunities.
  • Build a strong internal and external profile through developing partnership relationships.
  • Influence senior leaders to develop partnership strategies and collaborate with their teams.
The Skills You'll Need

Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills, with experience in creating engagement strategies, are essential.

Additional requirements include:
