Job summary

The AA is seeking a Talent Attraction Consultant to join its Talent Acquisition team in Basingstoke, England. You will lead the development and delivery of talent attraction activity, strengthening our employer brand and building sustainable talent pipelines to support workforce plans and business priorities.

Working with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing and business leaders, you’ll turn insight into clear attraction strategies, campaigns and recommendations, overseeing external partners to

Qualifications

• Experience in talent attraction or recruitment marketing and employer branding.
• Experience managing recruitment marketing agencies or external partners.
• Strong understanding of digital attraction channels for varied talent.
• Confidence using recruitment analytics and campaign performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management across Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing.
• Experience developing or embedding EVP and recruitment CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign optimisation.
• Experience building sustainable talent pipelines.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of talent attraction activity across The AA, strengthening employer brand and improving attraction channels.
• Oversee the performance of external attraction partners to ensure measurable value and positive candidate experience.
• Help evaluate building more in-house attraction capability over time.
• Turn insight into clear attraction strategies, campaigns and recommendations across teams.
