Job summary

The AA is seeking a Talent Attraction Consultant to join the Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid role based in Basingstoke. You will shape our talent attraction strategy, strengthen employer branding, and build sustainable pipelines to support future hiring needs.

You will collaborate with TA, HR and Marketing to deliver campaigns and optimise channels for diverse audiences, while driving measurable value from external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent attraction, employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Experience managing recruitment marketing, attraction agencies or external attraction partners.
• Strong understanding of digital attraction channels and how they engage different talent audiences.
• Confidence using recruitment analytics, labour market insight and campaign performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across TA, HR, Marketing and business teams.
• Experience developing or embedding an Employee Value Proposition, recruitment CRM platforms or talent communities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign optimisation.
• Experience building sustainable talent pipelines across varied business areas.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

• Shape how The AA attracts, engages and converts talent now and in the future.
• Lead the development and delivery of talent attraction activity across The AA to strengthen employer brand and improve attraction channels.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines that support workforce plans and business priorities.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing and leaders to turn insights into clear attraction strategies and campaigns.
• Oversee performance of external attraction partners to ensure measurable value and a positive candidate experience.
