Job summary

National Institution is seeking a Talent Attraction Consultant to shape how they attract, engage and win top talent. You will lead the development of a talent attraction strategy that strengthens employer brand, optimises campaigns and builds sustainable pipelines for immediate hiring and long-term planning.

You'll oversee performance of external attraction partners initially, with a clear path to in-house capability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent attraction, employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Experience managing recruitment marketing or attraction agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital attraction channels and campaign optimisation.
• Confidence using recruitment analytics to improve outcomes.
• Experience developing an Employee Value Proposition.
• Familiarity with recruitment CRM platforms and talent communities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Commercially aware, analytical and innovative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent attraction strategies aligned to workforce plans and business priorities.
• Champion the Employer Value Proposition across all attraction activity.
• Create employer brand campaigns and attraction content that lands.
• Manage relationships with external attraction agencies and recruitment marketing partners.
• Analyse labour market trends, campaign performance and recruitment data to drive decisions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
• Champion inclusive attraction strategies and best-in-class candidate experience.
• Continuously innovate attraction approaches based on market insight.
