Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Manager

Oakleaf Partnership North is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client, an award-winning Law firm, on a permanent basis. This firm has experienced rapid growth over the past few years through success, and this role is responsible for attracting top talent to ensure continued expansion across all existing and upcoming UK locations.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both qualified and non-qualified hires. Your goal will be to attract a diverse workforce through direct hiring and effective partnerships with external suppliers. You will work closely with the SLT to identify skills gaps, succession opportunities within teams, build talent pools, and enhance the firm's brand in the marketplace. To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Significant experience within the legal industry, either in-house or at a recruitment agency (experience in other professional services or financial services industries will also be considered)
  • High-level experience in proactive sourcing using various tools
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • Knowledge of EDI (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) best practices within Talent Acquisition
