Working in a team led by Emma Kerrigan, Head of Acquisitions (Yorkshire & Humber), the Acquisition Manager will identify land opportunities in Yorkshire and Humber, supporting negotiations and transactions on land deals. The role involves supporting strategic projects, working with multi-functional teams on innovative placemaking initiatives, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to secure development land effectively.
You are experienced in land and development, proactive in resolving complex land issues, and skilled in negotiations. You possess resilience, stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative approach, with a focus on commercial and operational impacts.
