Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, in-house or at an agency.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. B2 in German is a plus!

You will lead the full recruitment cycle, collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for their teams. Recruit for Global HQ Roles: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently, focusing on hiring top talent across various teams at our global headquarters to support our growing organisation.

Collaborate Effectively: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on attracting the best candidates.

Innovate Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to engage a diverse pool of candidates.
