Job summary

the PMA is seeking an organised Agents Assistant with a passion for Theatre, Film, TV and the Arts to support a busy talent agency. You will provide essential admin support to the agents and help keep the office running smoothly.

With at least one year’s continuous experience in a talent agency, you will handle emails, calls, contracts, and client submissions, organise auditions and castings, and maintain up-to-date web content using Tagmin, AgentFile, Spotlight and Microsoft apps.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s continuous experience in a talent agency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support to the agents
• Maintain the smooth running of the office
• Handle a high volume of emails and calls
• Process and log contracts and organising online filing
• Support Client PR & marketing activity
• Attend drama school showcases, prospective and current client performances
• Assist with client recruitment meetings and administration
• Organise auditions and castings
• Organise client submissions via email, casting platforms and Spotlight
• Use and update web content software and social media platforms
