VIVID in Portsmouth is hiring a Recruitment Advisor to join the HR Operations team. This full-time, permanent role works 37 hours weekly with a hybrid model and at least 20% in the office, plus weekly team days in Portsmouth.

You’ll manage vacancies from approval to appointment, advise on recruitment activity, and ensure smooth processes using the ATS. The role emphasizes collaboration and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a recruitment-focused role with end-to-end hiring responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection in recruitment processes.
• Proficient using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage vacancies and candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and attract candidates.
• Create engaging job adverts and review descriptions to maximise attraction.
• Manage vacancies in the ATS and keep recruitment activity up to date.
• Serve as first point of contact for recruitment enquiries and support candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and managers.
• Provide guidance on timelines and attraction approaches and produce reports.
