The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, direct sourcing, supporting senior colleagues, maintaining the ATS, and contributing to reporting and projects while ensuring high standards and client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment, end-to-end process for vacancies.
• Sourcing candidates through platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication.
• Great timekeeping and organisational skills.
• Experience with IT systems including ATS and Microsoft packages.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies in line with policies.
• Conduct direct sourcing of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Support Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative tasks and long-lists.
• Understand vacancies to match candidates effectively.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and suggest system enhancements.
• Compile Talent Acquisition reports and assist with projects.
• Liaise with Recruitment Agencies as required.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team and wider People Team.
