Job summary

Arup is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for a defined portfolio of roles. You will work with hiring managers, People teams and colleagues to attract, assess and hire diverse talent, guiding candidates through offers and onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring experience from in-house or RPO Engineering recruitment, strong sourcing and stakeholder management, and a commitment to inclusive hiring across our projects and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a structured in-house / RPO Engineering recruitment environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment activities within established processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for adverts, updates and candidate communications.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and accessible recruitment experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activity for a defined portfolio of roles from requisition to onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, People colleagues and stakeholders to guide recruitment processes.
• Review and develop job descriptions and adverts to be inclusive and engaging.
• Use sourcing methods including direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping and referrals.
• Screen candidates against role requirements and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide timely updates throughout the process.
