Qualifications

• 4–6 years in recruitment within medium to large organisations.
• Experience guiding hiring managers and stakeholders in selection.
• Proficient creating job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Skilled with social media for talent attraction.
• Experience with competency-based interviews and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
• Act as trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, including passive candidates.
• Enhance EVP and employer branding via external channels.
• Leverage data to monitor time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, reference checks, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate on job ads and recruitment projects; stay current on trends.
• Support campus recruitment and attend events; perform site visits.
