Job summary

PwC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Delivery Manager who will ensure recruitment services meet quality, fairness and standards. You will use operational insight, quality reviews and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements across Talent Acquisition and with suppliers.

This hands-on role is for someone curious, evidence-led and focused on delivering practical, sustainable changes to recruitment delivery and candidate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment operations or related performance excellence role.
• Ability to analyse operational evidence and stakeholder insight to drive improvements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activity and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand recruitment delivery across end-to-end candidate lifecycle including candidates, recruiters, assessors and hiring teams.
• Use performance data and governance to assess delivery and identify areas needing intervention.
• Investigate issues across people, process, technology and suppliers and convert findings into practical actions.
• Lead QA activities across recruitment and assessment to strengthen consistency and evaluation quality.
• Coordinate stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and drive ownership for improvements.
• Ensure recruitment processes and controls are effective and tracked to resolution.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and simplify processes across Talent Acquisition and suppliers.
