Job summary

PwC UK seeks a Talent Acquisition and Delivery Manager to ensure recruitment services meet quality, fairness and standards. You will use evidence and stakeholder feedback to drive practical improvements across TA delivery, collaborating with suppliers and business partners to turn strategies into day-to-day results.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle understanding and candidate journeys.
• Use performance data, quality reviews and governance to assess delivery.
• Root-cause analysis to identify issues and actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of recruitment delivery across end-to-end lifecycle.
• Assess delivery using performance information, governance and stakeholder feedback.
• Investigate issues across people, process, technology and suppliers.
• Lead quality assurance activities and provide feedback for consistent evaluation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and drive improvement.
• Ensure processes and controls are effective and monitored through governance forums.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition and partners.
