Job summary

Caraffi in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment delivery across key client accounts and shape the evolution of their Talent Acquisition functions. The role combines hands-on recruitment leadership with stakeholder management, operational improvement and transformation.

You will develop and motivate a high-performing team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive data-informed improvements to recruitment processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading recruitment delivery teams.
• Experience working with multiple clients or organisations.
• Strong ability to influence with data and market insights.
• Experience driving transformation in Talent Acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate a recruitment delivery team, ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved across permanent hiring.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, including senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Use data, MI and market insight to provide updates and influence decisions.
• Review and improve recruitment processes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Support Talent Acquisition transformation activities, including process re-engineering and recruitment technology.
• Develop existing services and identify opportunities to introduce new solutions.
• Create an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers.
