Job summary

• Skilled at coordinating cross-functional activity and driving actions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of recruitment delivery across end-to-end candidate lifecycle.
• Use performance data and feedback to assess delivery and identify improvement areas.
• Investigate issues across people, process, technology and suppliers.
• Lead targeted quality assurance activities across recruitment and assessment.
• Coordinate stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and drive accountability.
• Ensure processes and controls are effective in practice and governance forums track actions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition and external suppliers.
