Warwick is recruiting a Recruitment Operations Manager on a fixed-term basis to oversee end-to-end recruitment operations at the University of Warwick. You will design and implement recruitment practices to attract diverse talent and enhance the Warwick brand, while leading a recruitment team to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Senior HR professional with recruitment or talent management background.
