Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking a Talent and Recruitment Specialist within People and Organisational Development to lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse faculties. You will advise hiring managers, influence strategy and champion inclusive practices to attract outstanding, diverse talent.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, attraction methods and market trends.
• Genuine passion for inclusive recruitment and broadening talent diversity.
• Ability to influence, advise and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience using ATS platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activity across a varied vacancies portfolio.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and become the go-to recruitment expert.
• Advise on attraction strategies, routes to market and selection methods.
• Champion inclusive recruitment practices and support diversity initiatives.
• Deliver inclusive recruitment and selection training to hiring managers.
• Use recruitment data and market insight to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and external partners to improve candidate and hire manager experience.
