West Midlands Police is seeking a Recruiter to guide candidates from application through onboarding in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will partner with line managers across the force to deliver about-the-job campaigns for both specialist and high-volume roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

You will manage queries, coordinate interviews, and support assessment centres while maintaining accurate records in Oracle HR & Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced recruitment or customer-focused environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage candidates through pre-offer to start date.
• Attend and manage recruitment and onboarding events.
• Respond to recruitment queries via portal, webchat, and phone.
• Update Oracle HR & Recruitment systems to track candidate progress.
• Maintain campaign overview and reporting to Team Leader.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders during onboarding.
• Promote West Midlands Police values and reputation.
• Ensure high quality service against SLAs and governance.
