Job summary

Police Scotland is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support end-to-end recruitment of Police Staff across Scotland, partnering with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, HR, Estates and Digital to attract the right people for specialist roles.

You will source, assess and place candidates, manage advertising, direct sourcing, evaluate applications and support interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment standards across the force.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for staff roles across multiple departments.
• Ability to lead recruitment campaigns and engage senior stakeholders up to HoD level.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics, reporting and compliance with employment law.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist by sourcing, assessing and placing candidates in Police Staff roles.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes with multiple hiring managers and support interviews.
